2026 Automatic Cover Yearly Maintenance

Tune-Ups Begin After June 8, 2026
Service Includes:
1. Flush dirt and debris from guide tracks
2. Remove debris from cover housing
3. Inspect automatic cover system operation
4. Adjust cover operation as needed
5. Adjust tension of cover fasteners
6. Identify worn or damaged components
7. Replace parts as needed (parts not included in tune-up price)

Optional Cover Cleaning Services

Includes:
1. Cleaning of cover fabric
2. Removal of debris from cover surface
3. Cleaning debris from cover pump and housing
Includes:
1. Everything included in the Basic Cover Cleaning Package
2. Application of UV protectant to cover fabric
Results of UV treatment may vary depending on cover condition and age.

IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Replacement parts are not included in the tune-up pricing and will be billed separately.
• Actual cleaning cost may vary depending on the condition of the cover, including but not limited to: excessive dirt or staining, debris accumulation, algae buildup, accessibility issues, or excessive cleaning time required.
• Travel charges may apply for service locations outside of our standard 30-mile service radius.
• Gary Thull Pools, Inc. is not responsible for damage to existing lid materials, decking, coping, surrounding surfaces, or cover components during removal or reinstallation of automatic cover lid materials.
• Cleaning services improve appearance and functionality but may not fully remove all stains, discoloration, or wear.
• Scheduling is subject to technician availability and weather conditions.
