Their advise has made having a pool a great deal less stressful for over 7 years now! Zeph, just last week, helped me locate parts for one of our hot tubs. The dealer for the tub wasn’t able to supply the parts quickly.( and he found them at a lower price, I may add) We feel very blessed that we found out about Gary Thull Pools

My husband and I spotted Gary’s store while we were on a motorcycle trip from Springfield, VA in July 2017. We stopped to get a look at the store, because we are also in the swimming pool industry in our area near Washington DC. The store is spotless, well organized, and Gary and his employees were friendly and engaging, even when they found out we were only there to look at the store. We would have posted a review sooner, but we misplaced the photos we had until today. Great, family run business.

We have owned three hot tubs over the past 25 years. The first two were purchased from dealers in town, one still in business and the other is no longer in existence. Gary Thul pools ended up being the service provider for our last hot tub when we found out the dealer was gone. They had not known us previously but promptly responded to the service call. It was determined that the hot tub was not repairable. We were not exactly pleased with the last hot tub it really did not fit us well. What made Gary so enjoyable to work with was his offer that we come back to the store after they closed and test the hot tub’s with water. We had convinced ourselves to go with one model but we selected another due to this experience. The installation and follow on care which includes free water analysis for the life of the hot tub has been an absolute pleasure. We have now owned the hot tub for about five months and have used it more frequently then we have ever done so in the past. It fits our needs perfectly and are so grateful that he took the time and consideration to take care of us.
